I have another truck that I'm going to hire out and have running. What would a good tracking service/device/software be?

I'm looking for it to have GPS, mapping out the destination for myself and the driver, updates when loads are dropped off/picked up, miles logged, direct messaging, speed/travel time, gas mileage, etc. etc.

Does anyone have any advice?

Also, how does pricing work? Is it a one time flat fee? Is it a monthly subscription?
