MachoCyclone, passingthru69 and Bean Jr. Thank this.

Depends on your rear end ratios.
Those tire sizes would make just over a three percent increase in engine rpm for the same speed.702Haulerz Thanks this. -
They say that lopro 24.5 is the same as 11r22.5. Tall rubber sets the truck about 1 1/2" higher. So don't go under bridges that are marked 13' 6" exactly with high rubber.
Lepton1, Crude Truckin' and 702Haulerz Thank this. -
Mileage & overall height was the main concern, thanks for the input.
-
Mileage depends on your gearing(part of the equation), but if your worried about height, it's safer to get the measuring tape out.
passingthru69 and Ruthless Thank this. -
Dave, if they even have one and know how to use it...
Diesel Dave, Bean Jr., cnsper and 1 other person Thank this. -
Is there a "standard" 5th wheel height? I realize the higher your 5th the higher the top of the trailer. I've been meaning to measure mine....but it's quicker to ask here while eating breakfast

Hey, it worked for me

There are different hgt of 5th wheels and mounts. Tanker trks have high pedal mounts..
