Tragedy of falling asleep at the wheel...

This is not a HOS violation. The driver is operating a combination vehicle. It is a John Deere tractor pulling a trailer. this clearly gives him a HOS exemption under the Agricultural Operations. He is within the 150 air-miles of the farm. (see 395.1k and 395.2)

 

How can you turds bicker about a cute little kid falling asleep on a tractor? Amazing



He's gonna have to get tested for sleep apnea.

 

He's not really sleeping, he works for a company that pays actual miles and is just racking up a few extra.

^Just read my post^ and it kind of sounds like I was riding the moderators for being heavy handed, and this wan't at all the case. I was actually poking fun at us posters, and expressing disbelief that we would even need moderating on an innocent post such as this.

Instead of panicking to save little driver a possible scraped knee, these parents thought it was funny and grabbed the camera. Love it!
