Hi, once i apply brakes on my trailer there is back pressure on red gladhand, other than that everything works. Does anyone know what could be the problem. Thx

It could be a bad trailer valve on the trailer or a bad brake chamber.

Once you pop the red knob to set your trailer brakes, all the air in your supply line should exhaust out of that valve. Try and set just the trailer brakes and see if you can hear air exhaust out that valve. IIRC the exhaust port of those park valves should remain open anytime you set the brakes. I'm thinking maybe your exhaust port/hose from the trailer park valve is restricted causing the air not to exhaust or to exhaust slowly.
