OP was from Jan 2021. If they haven't found a trailer by now, they probably gone.

Could do power only until you can find a trailer.
Or just find a dirt cheap junk trailer that you can use for a year or two while you save the money for a newer trailer.

When I got my authority in 2020, I started with a 2001 Great Dane roll up door dry van that I bought for $2000 and it barely passed inspection. But it worked and was cheaper than leasing.

Last year in Feb I replaced it with a modern 2018 Wabash dry van. Had to call 10 different places before I found it and it was 600 miles away. The dealer had just finished getting it ready to sell when I called.

    Edit,
And...like the guy above, I didn't realize this topic is over a year old. lol

I know this will sound silly but.... Get a kauffman 6 car trailer. Run cars for your first year. They pay ok, good fuel mileage. You can get financing on these. https://www.kaufmantrailers.com/car-trailers/double-deck-car-haulers/48000-53-double-deck-car/

Contact Repowr, they are a trailer repositioning service. It's legit, I picked up a 53 from Swift in Lathrop, CA last October when I needed a trailer. Cost me $300 bucks for 10 days rental.
