This guy is so over the top with the military identity and jargon it’s like he’s playing some type of farcical stereotyped character. I know a lot of people who have served and none of them talk like this. I think we’re the ones being trolled here.

and in OP’s case all that negative emotions he experienced on the stupidity of the trainers would have helped him in the long run.

to bad he wasn’t strong enough to tough it out and get on with his life.

OP if there were that many issues at orientation why didn’t you just leave and find another company? Did you do your research into Schneider before going to orientation?
