You have to wonder about this guy - you say you want to help the truckers, but the first thing you do is NOT follow the rules. That's what's wrong here, everyone has to follow rules and regulations - isn't that one of things your supposedly suing for?

Sorry, but USIS will only remove (in SOME; but not ALL cases) information that is incorrect, and they will NEVER remove information that is factually correct.

He admitted he backed into another truck. His reason/excuse doesnt change that. Swift didnt "defame" him.
There already HAS been a "Class Action" against USIS/DAC filed by OOIDA and a few drivers. They LOST. A rebuttal has exactly how much weight?

Seems to me the group of drivers that lost their class action suit to DAC, must of just given up. We need lobbyist to help with our fight. I will try to acquire so lobbyist here in Denver.

Please don't take me as being arrogant like the people some of us have worked for. Again I just want to help change this industry so that truckers can be respected as professional and become a group of names with faces, tractors with employee numbers.
I apologize to the administration of this website for any and all infractions I may have done. Will you help me find a forum to begin my fight?

Nope, those drivers who filed a Class Action against USIS/DAC haven't given up. OOIDA has said that they will file an appeal, if they haven't already. But that does not mean the Appellate Court will agree.
    Acquire a "Lobbyist"?? Really?
USIS holds a database ALL the criminal/financial information on everyone in the US. They sell information to all three Credit Reporting Agencies as well as supply criminal history for many Investigative Agencies. If you spat on a sidewalk 25 years ago, chances are, they have that information. Do you think that you can pay enough money to out lobby their lobbyist?
    Good Luck.

When I called USIS to get a copy of the DAC this is the address I was given to send the request to.

    USIS
    PO BOX 33181
    Tulsa, OK 74153

They are $9.95 unless you fall in one of the three categories to get it for free.
