No up-front costs. Tuition is deducted from your salary every month for the first year until the full $2,995 tuition is paid at 18% interest. If you stay for at least three years, they will write you a check for a $1000 reimbursement.
The company will pay for your transportation to the training facility and for your housing once you're there. You will be responsible for living expenses (food, laundry, entertainment) and the cost of the license itself (around $65).

30 days of OTR training with a driver trainer that pays $430 per week ($61.43 per day)#
Pay per mile on a sliding scale based off of the length of a haul. From $.25 to $.40 per mile.
As you can see, they pay for your transportation and housing, so even if you don't live close to one of their training centers, it's not a problem. They're also one of the few companies to offer paid OTR training. Because you completed the Headstart form, you don't have to worry about submitting your own application, I'll take care of that for you.
