This is exactly what we were talking about at the Truck Conf. in Vegas. Bring Professionalism back to the Truck Business.
That Kind of **^* should not have to be tolerated by anyone. It's not just unethical, it's unhealthy. If he has been reported to the company already and nothing has been done about it, then it may be time to move on. I'm not one to tell someone to do something to get themselves in trouble, but it sounds like someone needs to be taken out back and issued some NCO office hours.
trainer has disgusting habits, I can't hardly bear it

You can't do anything about a driver if they want to be a pig in their own truck BUT if they choose to be a trainer then they better change their ways. They are a mirror of the company. Companies don't know the personal habits of a driver but then they become trainers and a trainee complains they better take it seriously and 1st time give them a written warning, 2nd time remove them as trainer. Obviously these types of trainers' main priority is making money and not turning out fine tuned professional drivers.

I cant even imagine that as a healthcare worker with 20 years on the job let me say this to you. Any time you are exposed to someones body fluids and it contact your skin you are at risk to get what ever bad disease this chucklehead has had. That is a proven fact. I would definetly tell my employer what was going on.Enough said you need to get the heck out of that truck and far away from that dirtbag. No job is worth your health or your life.

Thanks for lightening up my day. Oh man, that is hilarious. I can't believe you lasted this long. The first time he crapped in the truck I would have been outta there. But then they could've DAC'd you with abandoning a load so I understand your dilemma. If you have a camera, take pictures of the poop bags, piss stains, or any other evidence you can gather. Geez, I hope you're outta there already. This is too much. -
I've seen drivers who live in their truck (and any belongings are in a storage shed somewhere!), and roll out smelling and looking like some kind of unkept primate!! Can smell the B.O. from 50' away!!
In trucking---you get ALL kinds!! -
do people really crap in there truck?
how often do you have to piss in a bottle as an average driver?
Is there no way to stop every few hours to relieve yourself?
that sounds disgusting, I cant believe someone would crap in a bag...Or even how they could when they where driving.
This thread almost seams like a joke to me. -
The thread starter mentioned the trainer getting whiz on him.
The first time that happened to me would have also been the last time. I would have pulled the truck over at the first safe place and gotten off the truck.
That is ridiculously sick. -
Hey; watch the monkey jabs there feller! -
...yo mama, or was it yo sister?? -
The guy was probably crapping in the truck instead of walking in to the truck stop, though, I have heard stories of some crapping and driving. You don't ever have to piss in a bottle if you don't want to. How often do you wake up while you're sleeping and have to go? When you get out of your truck and walk into a truck stop with bright lights and walk back to your truck it makes it hard to go back to sleep. And it would be worse to pee in the lot than in a bottle. Just think of what the lots would smell like if everyone did that.
My trainer mostly slept while I was driving and he did have a pee bottle, though, I didn't know about it until the second week. He did it behind the curtains while I was driving and I never knew about it until he told me. I guess he figured I'd find it sooner or later. He was older and said he had a condition that made him go a lot when he was sleeping.
