I have been with Werner for a month now. I have been with a trainer on the truck for 4 weeks now. I only have 130 hours of driving due to truck break down and driver family time. Truck has been in shop for last 4 days then when I gets out we have a trailer flat approx 200 miles in to drive. I have been sitting for over 5 hours waiting on side of road for tire repair. Should I stay with werner or look into diff companies? Thanks for any input.

130 hours in 4 weeks is fine with the issues you've had, the grass wont be greener anywhere else.

It is all the same. Leaving now and the last 4 weeks were a waste. Once you get out on your own it will be better.

Well since last post everything has went down hill. I have recieved 45 days of probation and they added 41 hrs of training. On my second day of training I scraped a boulder at a shipper. My trainer was spotting me. this happed while pulling out. My trainer had me stop and turn the wheel which is whwn I scraped the rock. I tried to get to a terminal to meet with safett and my trainers dispatcher kept him away. So instead of my probation being almoat half over. It is just starting.

How longs you're trainer been driving? Or training? Sounds like he may be part of the problem. Ask for another traineras far hitting a boulder, you were behind the wheel. You can't blame him. Put in your 6 months at weiner and move on.
