    Going to be starting Orientation on the 16th, and was wondering do you go through a interview process before they match you up with a trainer? I have read and heard some bad stories of (other company) trainer not showering, cleaning truck and just being nasty. Just was wondering what the process is?

    Yeah, but it's pretty brief. You're not really gonna get to know the situation until you're on the truck. However, I have heard of only a few problems (never encountered any personally) and Prime will get you another trainer if for some reason the two of you just can't mesh gears.

    Do they take into account smokers and non-smokers? I've recently quit smoking and seeing my trainer light up might make me want to start up again :biggrin_2557:
