Trans Am, MVT, or Henderson, which is better?

for the love of god don't work for trans am. I went to orientation and on the last day I decided to leave. lowest pay I would have ever made in my 11 years and they don't bat an eye over it. severe micro management, cameras in the truck, multiple stops on every run. my anxiety peaked in my last few hours there. I had no idea it was that #### bad, I assumed most complaints were your run of the mill. I was out there in rockwell TX in the middle of may 2018. a girl in orientation leased a truck with them and then it broke down 3 days later and then later on she had to call 911 to get the doors unjammed because they would not open. piss poor con company.

Welcome aboard. As I said in my previous post, my experience with this company has been good thus far. They DO NOT micro manage you. When I drove for PRIME, you would get messages non-stop on the QC. You had to fill out very detailed macros on the QC for P/Us and Deliveries then call your Fleet Manager and basically give him the exact same information over the phone. They are bigger than a Mom & Pop company but small enough to have a true family atmosphere. I really feel like I am NOT a number / warm body occupying a tractor with this company.
