Which one is better... is how you percieve it. One persons experience will be different than anothers at the same time and place. Compare both with what recruiters and driver tell you. And look at more than 2 companies.

Stevens used to have a top end training program. Not sure about TransAm's, since I never drove for them.

Take quarter, toss in air, when quarter settles on ground , LOOK. Heads go Stevens, tails go Trams Am.
Not having driven for Trans Am can't give answer, but from reading their forum entries, the training period is shorter. You have to have your CDL to start with them. Your trainer/coach could have no more than 3 months driving experience.:biggrin_2551:
At Stevens, you can start with no CDL, go thru the school, get CDL, then move on thru the training period. Your trainer will have more than 3 months experience:yes2557: . And you won't be forced to lease a truck after completing the training.
Everyone's experience going thru training is different. What works for one, is a nightmare for others.
Good luck in whichever company you choose to go with.

Start at the most recent and work your way back thru time on both of these. You may find many answers to your questions.
