I heard they get $50 a head for converting people to lease. Who knows for sure though.

Well I got my truck issued to me and I'm happy with it so far. It had to sit on a slow charge for like 12 hours to get the batteries up again, and now we're at the Kenworth shop to get some computer tinkered with. Was suposed to be heading to GA on a 4 stop load I wasn't happy about but it was pulled off me due to breakdown so that worked out nice hehe. Panhandle, I'm trying to PM you my truck number and phone # but I don't have enough posts to PM yet. Thanks for sending me yours though, I'll call before too long. Here's a pic of my truck.

IC that they gave you an 08. Get pretty decent fuel mileage out of them, better than the 600's. Here's something else you need to do. Talk to the shop guy and ask when the last time your APU air filter was changed. If its been awhile, either get it done there or get an air filter from the supply people and I'll tell you how to change it. PITA so don't get your trk all filled up 1st.

well life has happenned so I am taking my time before training cdl at this point thinking December or January. Companies that interest me are trans am and crete. Lookung at a ptdi school in northwest ohio even though i have 3 not ptdi schools in Cleveland. Just curious how many miles on average do you get with trans am.

been crusing these boards several months learning about trucking. Only thing I am sure of i have no interest in cr eng. and robably not werner.

I came out last Tue, here it is Mon. morning, and I'm sitting right at 3500 miles.
Last time out, not so good since I was broke down for 2.5 days, sat at a meat plant for a day and a half, then it was slow in the Atlanta area. Probably got # 2800 a week last time out but will check on it later.

You won't get that kind of mileage all the time but over a year, should avg 2800 a week or so.
