Transfer from TL to LTL? Anyone done it?

I've went ahead and sent the mods a report on the guy. We don't need this kind of trolling/borderline racism on our boards. However, I will say Conway is asking me at least once a month to call in for a revue of my satisfaction with the company.

Anyone know what the transfer policy is NOW? I have 7 months experience with Con-Way truckload. I am wanting to switch to freight. Thinking of fort worth TX since online they advertise to pay 22/hr. Is this true? I am not making enough OTR with my truck always breaking down not getting any miles. Almost to the point of starving. Help please.
