    So you live in Illinois, but you hate Illinois? I noticed you did not make your residence public in your profile, or the one that is listed under your avatar.

    The reason they now test and retest everyone, wanting a DL or CDL in Illinois, (ok not sure about the DL part) is to ensure the safety of the public from past "policies". Do you have a problem with protecting the public? With over 880 traffic deaths in Illinois this year, and counting?

    I don't know where to go for the road test yet. Just graduated from school this past Friday. So at this point I'm trying to get all this done in as quick amount of time as possible so I can get to work. Is Elk Grove your recommendation?

    They only retest for CDLs not a DL and it has to do with Gov. Ryan and his CDL scandal that he went to prison over.

    Thats where I went and the guy will let you know where to go. Im not sure if thats the only one he does it out of or not.
