Transmission issue

I have a kenworth t680 with a 10 speed automatic transmission trucks shifts good but i always get transmission fault come on on the dash then clears after 20 min sometimes after 5 seconds. also when fault is active and i slow down to 2 or 3 gear truck gose into neutral i do the reset and im able to move agian but fault stays active, both kenworth dealer and other shop said nothing pops up when they connect to get the code if anyone may know what might be wrong please let me know thanks.
