transmisson worry

My wife and I worked for Central for several years. We had a really good experience and made very good money. We were a team however. You are going to be very impressed with Central's main terminal there in Salt Lake! Wait till they show you the "war room"! Keep in mind this was our experience and yours like others could differ greatly. Overall though they are a very good company. I wouldn't worry about shifting. Probably going to be the least of your concerns. If for some reason you absolutely can't do it there are several companies that run all automatics. Personally I think these are scarier to drive. Nothing like relying on electronics coming down a mountain in the ice and snow!
