First, that is BULL!!! Strapped down bull, that is.
I hope that picture is just a joke, too.
Animal rights people would be upset.

Now on to serious issues, like dog ramps.
The ramp on the passenger side idea above could be done as an add on to my above post.
I would think if you just drilled 2 half inch Diameter holes as wide apart as the ramp,
and fastened 2 gate hinge pins from tractor supply to the edges, it would hook on and off real slick.
Or screw in 2 of those real big loops like for a screen door hook, but on steroids. That would look better.
Two pieces of 3/4 plywood and an hours work - and you got your buddy ridin' shotgun.

Bigbird929, miss elvee and Lepton1 Thank this.

That pet loader is cool! I was gonna suggest an aluminum folding atv/dirtbike ramp with removeable plywood covering/wingnuts,but the petloader looks like less fuss,if you can decrease the angle.
The big problem is storing it,and training the dog.
Hope it works out,and glad to see any driver riding with a dog! :)

Ok........I admit the steps are a neat idea.
But go thru all the clicks to the price - $259.00 and I was much less enthused.

I build things myself, and what I can't do; I have a network of friends who can - to lend a hand.
If you were to make a 3/4 plywood two ft. by 30" long Pooch porch to hook over, and sit on, your pass. side step,
and hook to the two foot side facing back - a ramp with non-skid on it.........It would cost less than $50.00.
You - or someone, if you're not that handy, could make it as fancy or just plain functional as you want.

I do 3-D Modeling in a computer program called PRO ENGINEER; I could draw it up with dimensions if anyone is interested.
Really no need - its just two rectangles attached with hooks, you could vary the incline by increasing length of ramp.
