Transpower? (Agent for USX)

Been looking at relocating to the Charleston, SC area;and keep seeing this ad: http://charleston.craigslist.org/trp/4905968146.html I have spoken with a USX recruiter, and she wasn't very helpful. I was able to find out that this is a regional SE/MW dedicated run, but not much else. Mostly what I am concerned about is where in SC and IL they run. I will be leaving family behind in the Joliet, IL area to do this. It won't be the first time I have worked in SC, it would just be nice to work in family visits to reset days, and the like. Any information you all may have is greatly appreciated. I just want to be as informed as possible before I complete the application.
