I'm so angry at this place I'm determined to let everybody and especially their dog know what clowns they are. Last time I was forced to use this service center, I left with more problems than when I went in. I can't idle properly, trucks running rough and hot, and the rpm's dont mesh with mph at the normal spots. I stopped in to see how long for them to fix the problems THEY created on Friday afternoon. They immediately say that itll be real hard for me to prove they caused them, even though gee brought truck in without those problems and as soon as I left they were present. Then they say it'll be monday evening before they even get around to looking at it.

Long waits are par for the course here, talked to a guy who said he had been there since tuesday and there was another fella who had been there since thursday of the week before. In the past, they have held me over an extra 24 hours to investigate a problem I hadnt complained about or seen evidence of. When they give me the truck back saying they couldnt resolve it, I still see no evidence or symptoms of malfunction. Seems they are just wasting my time and padding out their labor charges.

I've been here several times and they routinely fail to fix the problem. One issue I had was coolant loss, they replaced radiator cap and called it good, it turned out to be an EGR issue and leak in radiator tank. They had the truck 2-3 times to fix the problem, but it was two other shops who found and fixed them. This last time I went in for coolant loss, oil loss and check engine light. I left with none of the problems fixed and more problems stemming I believe from an onguard system failure.

And while the guys at the desk are usually friendly and polite, the biggest reason I personally will not go back there is a customer service issue. They do not allow pets inside. They expect the drivers and their animals to spend all day in the rain, snow, cold or 100+ degree heat while they hem and haw and dont fix anything. I can understand that some folks are allergic or just dont like dogs, but they have a quiet room that is never in use, why cant that be used as a "pet owner lounge". Thats a silly thing to lose customers over, but from talking to some other drivers forced to bear the heat, they surely are.

Overall, this is one of the worst shops I have ever been forced to use. I will do my level best to avoid using it in the future. And I recommend, if you have a pet or if you simply value your time and money, not to patronize this place.

I thought this was best place for it since description was "businesses that cater to truckers" and service centers do that. Where should it go?
