I have left QC/Triangle after 11 mo. almost a year.
No huge complaints, Everyone in the office was great. Newer 2013 tractors. And outstanding pay.
    Just a few things I didn't like
    Forced per diem 30%.
Tanks are maintained but some are old and beat,Getting something fixed by our shop is a crap shoot its a 7-5 no weekends and the shop is not at our terminal, A lot of minor things went unfixed.
The last real complaint was being put on an account that I wanted nothing to do with,(OIL) Its a "Dirty job" that was 3x the work of anything else, ruined several pairs of clothes( did I mention no uniforms) and stretched out your 14 hr. even on simple turnable runs. The last 6/7 weeks I was there I put in my 2 week notice 2x and was promised They'd get me off the account both times, needless to say they didn't keep their promise.
I'd still be there if they'd listened.
Overall I enjoyed my time there.
And If Anybody is looking to start out in tankers check them out.

So during my 2nd 2 week notice, I applied to 3 companies I really heard good things about and wanted to work for and received offers from all 3.
And I'm heading to Heniff and attending orientation Monday

30% of you check is not taxed (your per diem) makes for nice take home pay, but kills what your w2 looks like and at my age I need to show as much as I can for S.S.

I'm going to start a Heniff thread soon.
But, Better money and going to stay local 19hr to start ot after 8
Better holiday pay, your hr rate x8.
more paid holidays 7, the day after Thanksgiving is now a paid holiday
vacation 1 day for every month worked and thats for people just starting and can take a vacation after 6 months.
Better insurance even though I wont use it.
    Matching 401k.
Terminal even closer to home maybe 5 min.
Well maintained equip, I'm speaking of their tanks.
And thats just naming a few
