I'll hopefully getting a home daily, 4 on 2 off, position with Trimac soon.
My question for you guys is about the pay. I talked to the branch manager today and she said rather than cpm or hourly, they pay local drivers at a flat rate per load.
I didn't know if it was appropriate to ask before even receiving a conditional job offer, but what can I expect to make per load? What would be considered good or acceptable pay per load?
Trimac local? Flat rate pay per load?
