I'll hopefully getting a home daily, 4 on 2 off, position with Trimac soon.

My question for you guys is about the pay. I talked to the branch manager today and she said rather than cpm or hourly, they pay local drivers at a flat rate per load.

I didn't know if it was appropriate to ask before even receiving a conditional job offer, but what can I expect to make per load? What would be considered good or acceptable pay per load?

Trimac is an open company and they will tell you everything you want to know. You should not hesitate to ask any questions. Especially about pay.
