Unit runs starts right up. Replaced heater blower glow pin last winter fuel pump is clicking. All fuses are good. I'm thinking it's the pre filter will I need to bleed the lines when I replace it?

I would try to bleed it before doing anything. Ie cycle it a couple times if that doesn't help it could be the pre filter but most likely it's something else

Yes I will try the pre filter first but the blower is only 6 months old so I'm doubting the glow plug and the fuses are good. And the fuel pump is operable. I check all the wiring at the unit could be the thermostat which is a fairly quick fix cim hesitant to take it to Thermoking u know what they charge. At any rate I have a good little space heater that I can plug in and just run the fan but I thank you for taking the time to reply

I'm assuming your taking about the Espar/Airtronic heater? Does the unit run non stop blowing cold air or does it start and stop a number of times?

Take the fuel line off where it connects to the unit underneath from outside. Turn unit on and see if fuel is pumping. My guess is that the fuel pump is no good.

if you put your hand on the pump you should feel it pulsing. If that is happening then the pump is bad. If it's not pulsing then either the pump is bad or broken wire
