pony packs seem good from what i hear....albiet alittle loud -
Tri pack hands down all the carrier is...is a pro heat with a new name nothing but problems and noise as well. Also the carrier was having alot of motherboard problems and some wiring issues.A friend of mine had a carrier on his other truck and he said never agian went thru 3 mother boards in 2 yrs and had some other issues. On the next truck he went with thermo tri pack and not one problem with it till the time he let his truck go which was 2yrs.

My husband's truck has the Pro Heat. It seems pretty loud. The AC blows warm air and the heat only blows mildly lukewarm air.

Thanks for the replies and keep them coming. What has attracted my friend to the Tri Pack is its low weight of 430 lbs verus the carriers 460 but the pony pack weighs 300lbs. But in the end it's call and im doing my research on them.

My friends thinking about putting one on his 379 and I'm here to find out the best one myself. I'm surprised on the weight as I presumed they weighed more.
Luis,
I'm here to gather information and I do not see the problem.
