Tripacs

I think so. Last time I was there they had a bunch

 

Yeah they switched to adding tripacs to new trucks a couple months ago. They are still doing rigmaster as well, it's just thr luck of the draw now for which one you'll get.

 

R/A told me that O/O and Lease trucks were getting them. No joy for the company drivers, we get to keep the crapmasters.

 

I must be the only one that has had good luck with my rigmaster. It keeps my cab nice and cold. It'll hold and maintain 65*f in the middle of the day, even when it's 100+ outside. I don't want to get rid of mine at all, lol! Though I'm thinking this winter I'll switch it out for a generator model.

 

That's possible. Mine autostarts the moment I turn the truck off. Now, if you turn the truck off, fuel up the tractor, turn truck back on and pull forward and then turn the truck off again, it'll take 5 minutes before the apu will start up again.

Yes even my screen goes red when I start the truck up, but it will still restart itself when I stop the truck.

Best way to keep set so it restarts is to set the temp to 41*.

In non technical terms (I cant remember exactly what they said) something was bent inside. They tried to straighten it up and when they had me fire it up it went bang and said, yep you are getting a new one !
And the new crapmaster has shutdown for overheating and engine fail start
