Several companies do, even if the websites have different.
That speeding ticket is worse than the felony if it's 15 over.

    Western Express
    Paschall Truck Lines
    Carolina Cargo

all felonies are not created equal either
most companies frown worse on theft then say drugs
rehab and randoms keep you straight
    what fixes sticky fingers
NH isnt the best place to get work anyway
maybe get a start with gravel haulers
I dont know where in Nh you are but along the coast there are a bunch of gravel haulers from Dover to Newburyport where I grew up

Does this mean you have more than one? A lot of companies will not hire someone that has more than one "alcohol related" offense in a life time, let alone more than one felony. You may find that you are screwed.

Why don't people ask these questions BEFORE they go to trucking school?

May be the school tells you what you want to hear so you will enroll and they can get your money!

Kind of what my school did to me and my DOT med card. I told them I had an eye issue I was seeing a doctor about and they said " not an issue start school and get a waiver"! Well they did not have a clue on what was needed for this waiver, I had to tell them everything so far about it.

Oh, I know the school is gonna do all they can to get your money....that is what I'm talking about. I was saying why don't wannabie's ask the questions here before they even attempt to enroll in school (providing they found this site and sites like it, and started reading things).

Most of these wannabie's admit to "lurking" around the forums, and "been reading for a long time"...yet they go ahead and apply for school, get accepted, and then come back here and say "I'm about done with school...but there's a problem with my past".

When I went to trucking school, my DUI was less than 5 years old...we didn't have the internet back then, so I wasn't offered an information highway such as this site...I went in blind, and neither I or the school brought up or discussed my young DUI. When I graduated, I did the same thing as everyone else; applied to everyone on the sheet the school gave me. The answer was the same with all of them: "Give us a call once your DUI becomes 5 (or some times 7) years old".
So I went and drove a dump truck for a construction outfit for a while, and when my DUI became 5 years old, I started making calls again, and someone finally gave me a chance.

Moral of the story? Most of us have screwed up atleast once in our lives....and there's consequences for that (especially in THIS industry). My DUI is a quarter of a century old, and STILL haunts me to this day because of the career path I chose. Some times you have to sit back and let time take its' course because this industry has its' rules, and there's nothing you or I can do about it.
Now that we have all these wonderful resources; there is very little reason why someone can't get (and accept) their answers before they shell out $3,000 to $6,000 to a school, and then find out they're un-hirable.

Would like to tell you...but then I'd have to kill you. LOL...seriously; I NEVER divulge that on the internet for two reasons.

1). I tend to piss a lot of people off with my brutal honesty, and there are a lot of sheep that would love nothing more than to attempt to get me in trouble with my employer.
2). I drive for small companies only---I'm talking SMALL....and it wouldn't be hard for anyone to figure out who I am.

See; the more "anonymity" I have, the more free I am to speak my mind, the more helpful I think I can be. I'm never afraid to talk about a previous employer once I have burnt that bridge...but I will NEVER talk about my current employer.
