    You don't think that the increase in the number of trucks and cars on the road in 15 years has any effect. The population has grown significantly. O course the capacity of the roads hasn't. I remember 20 years ago you could drive large of even the NY Thruway with your high beams on and not meet any opposing traffic for 1/2 hour sometimes. Try that today

    The increased traffic for pileups. Yes. But I'm talking trucks alone. By themselves. There's more in the ditch today then when I started. I hardly ever saw a truck in the ditch. Today, it's at least a weekly occurence. If not daily. And there's also more eld's today. Along with the new rules. I started with the old rules. That provided more flexibility for sleep.
