    Hello everyone,

I'd like to ask for everyone's participation in filling out a survey:
We're trying to find out as much information as possible about THE EQUIPMENT currently being used in the trucking industry. The purpose of having such a survey is to funnel as many driver experiences as possible into one database, in essence allowing for a more robust way of finding out the answers to questions, such as:
    - Hey John Doe, what do you THINK is the best OTR truck engine?
    John would say:
    - Well Smith, I THINK the best OTR truck engine is XYZ, but let's see what 4000 other drivers and mechanics had to say about it: check out Angeti's survey results.

The link is here: http://www.angeti.com/surveys/ - please share as you see fit.

The results "big-picture" will be publicly available once a significant number of folks submit their responses.
The INDIVIDUAL responses generated from this survey CAN be made available upon request, UNLESS specified otherwise while taking the survey.

There is NO monetary gain from this. In fact, it costs money to host the survey page. But I firmly believe if enough folks contribute with their experiences and opinions, enough information will be accrued to hold some value in someone's future buying decision.

I hope I am not violating any terms of service for this forum.
Please direct any concerns, questions, or suggestions for questions to be added to surveys@angeti.com.

    Thank you for your time,
    - George

    I also dislike EGR engines.
However, your opinion would be greatly valued if you'd take the survey, and specifying that you dislike EGR engines.

Let's be realistic: EGR engines have been on the market for longer than some folks have had their CDL.

Took the survey but it is missing some very key elements like rear end ratio, tire size, speed driven, and where driven. Also possibly any modifications like the turbo 3000 which is supposed to help you get like 10 more mpg..........:biggrin_25523:

Very good suggestions! I am going to implement them right now, as my driver-in-training takes us on I-76 W.

    ... done.
