With the new gearing systems I would assume if your running mountains 455 up is not enough horse power to moutains if your over 32k in the box
Whats your running area?
If there automatics the take off will be realitivey slow, what kind of trailer do you plan to haul?
Are you good at ectrical codes. Any thing that new will be throwing a code every 90 days?
When was the last time the soft where on the trucks where updated and the dpf/def filters cleaned?
I bought a 2016 truck and am constantly playing the "what code is it this time?" Game
My own opinion I would go 2014 and deal with less fuel milage and not having to update the software. Which will be my next truck.
Now if you live in and mainly run the flats your regens will be a lot less. Equaling less b.s. so where and what do you run? Are you buying out right or on payments?

Of those three I'd buy the Volvo, no question. Hopefully it isn't white.

Anything on Volvo 2018 and up has a decent setup for emissions. 2014 is worse then 2016.

I don't know anything about Volvo. But I thought most egr systems where/are better than the see systems. And I thought the egr's where pre 2014?
Am I incorrect. I'm speaking in general rems vs specific brand. Let me know because this will change my whole opinion. -
I had a 2014 and it had all emissions so gonna guess you are wrong.Vampire Thanks this.
