Truck driver can seek triple damages over CBD product

First, it is CRITICAL to remember it is more than just truckers that are affected by the testing requirements of 49CFR. Nobody wants people driving Trucks or being the Engineer of a Train while high. What @MACK E-6 is talking about is something I was told recently about the DOT protecting all the SAPs across the country. Remember that old saying, "Follow the money." I do suspect that, at some point, a reliable test will be developed that can separate having THC metabolites in the body from actually being high, but this is not going to happen anytime soon. In the meantime, it would be better to just remove a person from safety-sensitive jobs that test positive for THC until they can test under the cutoffs. <<<< Don't hold your breath!!!!

 

This makes about as much sense as vaping because someone told you it's a lot better than Marlboros. And yes, people are misled but GOD gave you a brain. Use it as a common sense farm.
