    The first report on this accident stated the young woman was holding the baby when the chain link boinked her on the noggin and she was sitting in the front seat. LOVE THOSE REPORTERS.

    That is true....I wonder if the lady was related to a local Law Enforcement Officer and they were able to turn back time and put the child back in the carseat.Makes one wonder.
