Truck driver permanently banned after his trailer detached and killed another driver

He's already driving on a revoked CDL, without a medical card...AND using controlled substances. You really think an "out of service order" from the FMCSA means anything to him?

 

He did not learn the first few times... think this will stop him??

 

He needs to go to prison.

 

Well there’s another one who needs to be lowered into a wood chipper, feet first.

 

I wonder what his view of e log would have been?

 

"I don't need elogs i'm a very safe driver" perhaps this stresses how important it is to check the gap between the kingpin and the 5 th wheel.It can be easierly fixed by driving 5th wheel 2/3's under trailer lifting the landing gear till trailer sits smoothly on 5th wheel then back truck up and lock kingpin in no worries of trailer ever coming unhooked.
