Hey... I've got a right to be here - I pull for Prime. You don't have any skin in the game, and you're making all kinds of unfounded accuasations. That makes YOU a troll Jimbo.

Actually, I'm getting $1046.24 (including fuel surcharge) for a load I've hauled 316 miles overnight. Maybe you ought to crawl back to your rock and look under it for some clues.

It not so much that a few drivers are doing good with any company - there always will be some, I believe them usually.

But when 99% of the rest of the drivers are not ...

So you are one of those who believes what you "see" is more legitimate then what another poster sees? OK that's fine, but this is the Bad company section so it would seem to be just as juvenile to repudiate someone who sees prime as a bad company here as them going to the good company section and repudiating what you see as good about them.

Leasing or Buying your own truck and leasing it on to a company is the smart way to be a O/O these days. If you can't do that, then drive for a company till you can. Renting a truck from a company is always going to be tilted in the company's favor. The gross is not the important thing. The net is what is important and Prime has been real good at making sure your net is lower then it should be. Case closed.

I want to hear more about the engineer deal...............

    Did you drive trains ????

    Did you solve problems ??????

What about the engineer "shortage" ???

You wouldn't try to BS anybody would you ?????

Perhaps after you have helped solve the driver shortage, you could then return to engineering, and solve their shortage !!!

Are the stories from the company picnic True ???????

All these questions, no wonder I can't sleep at night !!!!!!

Where the heck do you get that from? A large proportion of the drivers at Prime are doing just fine - the rest could probably do better if they looked at the problems they cause themselves.
