Really weird truck is idling great. When I get the truck up speed like 55 runs smoothly. Just when getting going shifting through the gears to get moving has a coughing or hesitate. Then when gets to speed no problems. I can put pedal to the floor when moving and it doesn't do it? ?

is it possible maybe fuel filter dirty. It seemed to start after I filled up or maybe a coincidence?
