It should plug into the 12v outlet at the back of the hole designed for the fridge. Low draw.

Well according to the specifications on that page it requires 15 amps of 115 volts alternating current. That's the same as 1,725 watts (NOT including start up requirements which can be up to 3x the running requirements).

Based on that I'm going to say that plugging this thing into 12 volts direct current (as found in his truck) is only going to provide for some expensive shelving.

I think this one like the microwave was need converter to use the microwave ..
I'm just looking to find fridge running without having converter directly from the outlet the truck have .. I remember when I was driving the volvos 780 2014 the truck comes with
fridge with little freezer was running perfect without converter I just added the converter to use the microwave ...I see a lot of mini fridge at Walmart around $100 I'm not sure if need converter for it

It isn't a converter, it is an inverter.

I already answered this question IN DETAIL above.

And if you can get an actual compressor driven 12 volt DC refrigerator (new) for $300 I want to know exactly where your shopping.

This is a 50qt arb fridge/ freezer. It fits perfectly in my 2015 kenworth t680 sleeper. It is running off 12 volt but can also run off 120v. It will set you back 800 dollars. As a freezer, this thing will hold 0 degrees plus or minus three. I currently have it running as a refrigerator so the temp is usually between 31 and 40. It can run overnight without needing to recharge the batteries. To get to the food I take the lid off and put it back on when I'm done. Not everyone has a t680 or 800+ dollars but this works for me.
