Any shake or vibration from 45-70 would be a balance issue. Is it Aluminum or steel wheel?

It's definitely in the right rear, if you had already tried a different tire in that position, I would think it's the shock. It's very possible that when you hit that hole it blew the seal out of the shock. You won't see the typical leakage from it as your shocks look like the Monroe Magnums, which are gas shocks.

No I haven't tried different tires on the drives yet. Only did that on steers. I did the video the day I had to go on road.

The drives are Michelin retreaded super singles. I don't recall hitting pot hole with the drives only the steer. It was at slow speed in a shippers lot. It is weird that drive tire went bad that same day. I'm guessing a bad retread work or bad casing.

Will be in touch with the shop when u get back on Monday.

Well I got my winter tires put on, and the bouncy issue is still there. So now it is not tire related. Wheel is in good condition. So next thing I can think of is to replace the shocks.

Well did you ever get it fixed? Did it turn out to be the shock?
