I have a 96 379 Pete that leans to the drivers side. The cab and bumper lean. What actions should I take to correct this. How do I find out whether the suspension or the frame is damaged?

Measure distance from axle to frame on both sides. That will get you started to see whats doing it.

Check the bushings in your leaf springs. Probably have some that are shot.
