So my gf told me they have an FTI truck that has been abandoned in the truck lot for 5 years!!!! I guess FTI went bankrupt. What can she do to get rid of it or a loophole that FlyingJ can pull to take possession and sell me it? It just so happens that I drive truck and trying to figure out how to work this to my advantage. Thank!
Truck left abandoned for 5 years at FJ where my gf manages

If it’s been sitting 5 years it’s probably gonna need some TLC before it’s ready for the road.

Hopefully nobody died inside the truck.

FJ, depending on State laws, may have to contact law enforcement first, to start the process of legally taking ownership of the truck.

I'm sure FJP has a policy for this, as this has probably happened a couple of times at least

The truck very well may be claimed by creditors of the company. Depending on bankruptcy laws, and the willingness of creditors, FJ may not be able to gain ownership.
