So, what you're saying is the virus can go through the mask on an inhale, but can't make it's way back out on an exhale.

In truckers terms, kinda like the guy who can drive forward, but can't back up. I get it now.

BTW, toilet paper is not a necessity, except in some people's mind I'm sure. Now, water, food & shelter are true necessities, but I digress...

I tell you what. Some of you full blooded Americans, at least in this thread, are so mentally different from those climbing cliffs on the D-Day. Those I always looked up to and admired. Nobody ever paid them a dime for what they did.
Looks like, at least according to this predominant logic here, they were just fools forced into going there for free. But I did read their memories, letters and diaries, watched documentaries. They were genuine heroes. No money mattered to them and they were there to bring help. I don't trust they would dim that street peddler with a high regard, either.
    Something changed over the years.

There’s a lot of obvious differences between a war and running a business.

We're talking about potential national emergency situation. Hypothetically, a situation when real people may need real help. Let's forget about corona virus let's imagine China's army invading instead. Would you charge extra for delivering munition to "infected" areas?

Man, I didn't think my 17,700 bottles of hand sanitizer story link would generate such passionate discussion.

I'm just glad that tall guy Joe or others didn't get me locked up in the political purgatory basement again...yet anyways.

Notice that your kind thread host refrained from referring to anyone as a Wolf ;-)

It is all right to deliver toilet paper to WM DC in Petersburg, VA from Chicago for $4000 but not so much to take medical supplies into a detention center for $8000 to NY...or wherever it is.

No, that's not what I'm saying. The mask is a means of preventing cross contamination from things like saliva or food. If you're laying on an operating table with your guts hanging out, you don't want spittle or a booger from the doc flying into your guts while he cracks jokes about his golf game the day before.

No toilet paper isn't a necessity. Just ask anybody from the Middle East who leaves their little empty water bottles in truck stop bathroom stalls, along with the mess that comes with them.

PS: Anything that is airborne and can make you sick by inhaling it can also get into your system through your eyes. The same mucus membranes that are in your mouth, throat and nose are all around your eye balls.
