Wife made my favorite for me tonight, homemade chili and freshly baked cornbread!

I wonder what delectable smell I'm going to wake up to tomorrow morning! LOL

Was it paper rolls? 9 out of the last 10 roll overs I've seen in CA and OR were paper rolls.

It's interesting that I just asked the question yesterday, is it me, or do truck drivers seem to be driving faster these days?

I'm really sick of how unsafely some of these drivers are driving these days. I know it's not a new phenomenon, however, it seems to me that it's increasing.

I'm on the I-5 here in Oregon every day pretty much. There are some fairly long and steep passes, Roberts Mtn, Canyon Creek Pass, Stage Pass, Smith Pass & Sexton Pass.

So often, I will pass trucks going up one side and I know they're close to 80k lbs. When I get to the top I set up into the right gear, set jakes on full and come down at 40 to 45 mph. Never fails, some those same guys will come screaming by me at least doing 60 to 65 mph, with the red lights of their brakes on the whole way down!

    SLOW THE #### DOWN!

Way back in the day we would listen to John Tesh and some female last name Hart i think on Entertainment tonight

Heard him on his radio talk show about 20 years ago and he had a little fun fact about memory .

He said If your telling a story or thinking about something and it suddenly Slips your mind .

Shut that off and think of something totally different and your forgotten thought will reappear.

It has worked for me every time.

I am 56 and have photographic memory of every memorable event from the age of 5.

My Short term memory is Awful.

Always has been from the time I was a teenager and realized it.

I’m thinking walking in front of my older brother swinging a bat when I was 3 didn’t do me any Good.

From my location 15 min south of Binghamton it's about as good a location as you can get, or the worst depending on your views of the NE

Wilmington DE to up near Watertown
    Rochester to jersey shore area.

Just like the PUC #? Huh what's that lol.

I hear ya on that. Come to jersey, it'll probably seem civilized compared to back west lol. I swear it's in the tap water. In all honesty tho, the regulars know how to do it. What scares me is grandma out on her pharmacy run doing 10 under with the death grip on the wheel

Another one this morning in Oregon on I-5 SB mm 207. Dude went off the shoulder, wrecked his front end. At least he didn't tip it over. 0807200630b_HDR.jpg

Amazon drivers have quickly become the new SWIFT for the tow truck drivers.
