Truck Load Rates Halt 8 Week Slide 2.0

Since the government is mandating businesses suspend operations and millions of people are going to be without work. Will the banks who hold their mortgages and other obligations, suspend their requirement to pay them in the interim?

 

If trucking comes to a screeching halt, will the small owner operator be able to go to the fed discount window and receive low interest funding to help us meet their obligations? You know, like the airlines, cruise industry, hotel chains, etc.
