Is it not funny or strange that now there is more commotion about vaccinations than the very virus?
If the virus were more deadly, say 20-40% which would mean that people would be decimated, dying visibly everywhere, on the streets, at parks or truck stops, we'd already have 99% vaccinations done on the population, without any mandates needed to be enforced, even with the vaccine posing a high risk of health complications after it is taken. You really fear something when you see it with your own eyes, hear it with your own ears or feel it with your own fingers, not when you are told about it by a TV head. TV and mass media like FB or YouTube don't count, they are prone to too much manipulation and fraud.

    Let's think about it.
Assuming that the vaccination mandate is to be apolitical, and of course they claim that it is, which means that the sole purpose of it is to ensure the immunity of the entire population or to prevent further spreading of the virus, I would say that out of all people it is the truck drivers, moving around all over the country, interacting everywhere, who should be vaccinated first to stop the spreading. However, if the vaccine does not prevent transmission but prevents the sickness or mitigates its adverse effects only on the individual, then what's the point of enforcing it on others? The vaccinated can feel safe, and the unvaccinated are not any bigger risk to them than anyone else who is already vaccinated.
Therefore, I still want an answer to my question, does the vaccination reduce the presence of the virus in the population? In other words, If 100% people are vaccinated, does the virus cease to exist? Do I, as an individual, contribute to the overall global or at least country wide fight and victory over the virus by taking the vaccine, or is it merely to protect me?

You're using common sense and logic, Joe. Both are in short supply and the Feds don't want you to think. Just obey and "live" in fear.

@TallJoe I believe that if there is truly any benefit to the vaccine at all, it's that it "might" lessen the severity of covid if you get a breakthrough infection. We now know for an absolute fact that it doesn't prevent people from catching the virus, and it doesn't prevent people from spreading the virus. Scientists who were playing God decided to take a benign virus that was very common in other species of animals and in humans as well, and made it deadly to humans through manipulation (gain of function). Now that they have opened Pandora's box, there is no putting it back. The virus will continue to mutate and attempt to find ways to infect us. Hopefully it will eventually settle down and be no more bothersome than a common cold. In the meantime, two of the companies who currently make the vaccine have produced a pill that completely cures covid in people when taken as soon as symptoms first appear. The drug made by Pfizer claims to completely cure 90% of the people who take the drug, and that is a game changer against the virus, and will eliminate the need for the vaccine as long as they produce enough of the drug to treat everybody who needs it.

The strain of influenza that caused the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918 is still with us and occasionally will make a human slightly sick more than 100 years after it killed tens of millions around the world. A virus never really goes away, it just runs out of people to infect.

I’m sure that nobody in DC is getting any kickbacks from any of this either. I mean, Pfizer has only had roughly 26 billion in revenue from a shot that is “free”.

Most people around me, including some of my family got the vaccine and they're doing all right. No complications. My wife fears the vaccine and I support her in her resolve of not taking it because her particular cardiovascular health condition might be of a higher risk, in accordance with different reports of what people can experience after the shots. I don't fear the vaccine any more than I fear the virus. I might as well get the shot but the longer I abstain, the more I feel pissed off by the general rhetoric of those who might have their own an agenda in imposing it under the pretense of some moral obligation and not being completely open about the adverse effects. Also the overall narrative of the vaccinated public that it is only the dumb, uneducated illiterates who oppose the vaccines, make me particularly upset. I'd like someone to tell my why it is wrong of me of not taking it yet. I'd like someone to at least tell me that by taking the vaccine, I'd kill the bug within my body and thus my body would never be able to host and incubate it for future interactions with those who are not vaccinated. It does not seem to be the case so what's at stake? As in the old adage, "If there is no clear answer of what it is , then it must be money".

Oh good. In this age of covid, I get a little nervous when somebody isn't around for a while.
