I think you like it too much to part with it.
I don't know what I would do. I think, since I still need to do this for at least 15 more years, maybe I'd keep the new one and sell the used one since they sell for crazy money too and from what I see that one looks sharp as well.

    dwells40 and Siinman Thank this.

And what you paid is going to be about $20K less than what it would cost if ordered today. I ‘bout fell out of my chair at the price increases over the last 9 months when I signed on the bottom line of the new truck order last week. I guess you got to pay to play.....

    T680 / Paccar / EPU / high end interior / $193K. Maybe higher if it’s not built by Q3.

    Still in shock.

Got my end of yr #s all done. This was my 1st full yr of having my own authority and considering the surprise overhaul I got hit with I’m definitely pleased with how things went.
Gross Revenue of $281,259 on 84,626 miles for an average of $3.32 on all miles ran. My gross could have been much much higher but the weather in Jan/Feb sucked and I ran 4 weeks total between the 2 months. Then in March went to Vegas for a week, week of recovery, and then on 1st run back found out my motor needed overhauled. That put me down the rest of March and all of April. So from Jan 1 thru April 30 I only ran 13,429 miles lol. So as you can see I barely worked the 1st quarter of the yr.

With that said in Dec I bought my 2nd truck from an auction and I’m in the process of doing a overhaul on that motor and hopefully have it running by Feb. 2006 Kw T800 with a 1999 manufacture date Cummins ISX motor. So looking forward to see what the year brings. Pics of the new truck attached B63261CD-67D1-471E-87B1-235ECF131B40.jpeg 554D6977-CD5D-4474-9500-23A0AA9DF4F6.jpeg

Nice going, what part of the country do you run in, or all of it?

95% of all the freight we’ve ran has been Midwest only with at least a 34hr reset 3 of 4 weekends a month at home. Occasionally run to Carolinas in the summer but not often.

You beat me by a pretty good bit but I didn't work hard this year, and I was off sick for 6 weeks. I run about like you do though, home almost every weekend and about that exact mileage for the last few years. I get bored and go out west a handful of times a year but I can count my resets not at home on one hand.

What model did you get? Can you post a picture of the entire truck?
