i ordered a bumper made by Valley Chrome july 28. 17 week lead time @$1735
Called the chrome shop thursday bc i stumbled across the approved drawing that i had screen shotted
He said they are not honoring the agreed price. Now they want $2325 And are still claiming another 8 weeks out.... yah

 

I’m going back to the van stuff I was doing. Hopefully the money is still decent. Lol. The wheelbase is 250”. I wanted to try and keep it proportional looking with the UltraLoft bunk. I was worried that if I went too long it would look dumb.

 

Guess it’s time to find a trailer and go to work now.

Freight is still booming in the southeast for open deck. This broker has plenty of these all spring he said. Bagged mulch. I know I got steady work all spring.

Hmmm 200 a day is rich? I was entry level mega doing 400 a day before getting ill. And I for sure wasn't getting rich.
