I always knew Petaluma was a chicken #### place.

 

Basically, ITS has had poor reputation as far as their software reliability. Much less than DAT, which by the way, never crushed on me.
I am still itching to try it. The will let you try it 30 days for $ 99 or 3 months for $120. Then you pay $149.

When I had ITS I don’t believe they had a mobile app for it.

 

IMO ITS is way more buggy and slower than DAT. I canceled the ITS Pro, because it was just annoying to use their website. Kept the basic $39 version, but rarely use it

 

The mobile platform doesn't show enough information, so you basically have to click it to get enough information on the broker and the load. It also doesn't show nonpayments with a * like the desktop version does when you are researching the broker.

 

If you wake up one morning with a dried egg smashed on your windshield, you'll know where it came from.

 

I do this. I’ll click on a load I’m barely interested in, and wait on that call to offer more lol. It frees up my time to pursue better options in the mean time.

 

I wonder, did you start with DAT? Because I started with ITS and I feel the same way about DAT lol. But I DO NOT use the ITS app. And you do have to have a good, newer phone to run ITS on the Safari or Explorer
