Is that a spring ride trailer? If it only happens when you pull that specific trailer, it's the trailer. A spring ride trailer will transfer every little bump directly to your truck after magnifying it ten times. They will absolutely beat the #### out of your truck.

Drive bobtail and seeing if it does it would be an excellent way to determine if its a truck or trailer issue.

Update: Hooked up to another trailer and loaded it and didn’t feel the shake. I’m surprised. Been driving 10 years and never had a trailer literally shake the entire truck and cab. So now it’s time to see why the trailer is causing such a bad shake on the truck. I know shocks are bad but I’ve had bad shocks on other trailers and never anything like this

Another update - Pictures attached : Unfortunately when I unhooked from the trailer I was using to test if it was the truck or trailer, I hooked back up to my trailer and went to get it washed out so I could take it to the shop. I got washed out. When I started my truck to leave the washout I pressed the clutch pedal and it was extremely stiff. Pulled up and stopped. Went to press it again and it was just as stiff. When I got onto the highway it sounded like a bunch of rocks hitting underneath the cab. I was getting that same sound since this “shake” started as I did today. It didn’t happen all the time but when it did it was usually when I was getting up to speed. 1-45mph . Did happen a few times above that speed. I opened the clutch plate and looked around and don’t see anything to unusual. Some fine metal shaving but not much. Was a heavy coat of red dust. I’m assuming my clutch might be screwed. Yay

Throwout bearing pivots been greased regularly? Even if you have someone changing your oil and greasing it, I'd throw a grease gun on 'em yourself to double check.
Oil change monkeys swore that my spring shackles were taking grease, even though I could hear them squeaking. Of course, they were NOT taking grease.
If it sounds like a coffee can full of rocks though, it might have shed some clutch disc springs.
