Throwout bearing pivots been greased regularly? Even if you have someone changing your oil and greasing it, I'd throw a grease gun on 'em yourself to double check.

Oil change monkeys swore that my spring shackles were taking grease, even though I could hear them squeaking. Of course, they were NOT taking grease.

If it sounds like a coffee can full of rocks though, it might have shed some clutch disc springs.

Greased it myself once a month. Always been told not right over grease it. But done that for years with my other trucks I’ve had and never had any clutch problems

On the drag link the ball joints on there seem to look “wore out” . I could twist it with not much effort at all. The shop said it’s suppose to do that. Wish I could upload a video of it. I took a short video of twisting it when I found it

Use a pry bar on them pushing the arm 9 Socket ) toward the nut. How much movement do you have?

I had a very similar issue when my company was using goodyear tires. Like you, I actually thought I had blown a steer tire it was shaking so violently. Turns out my steer tires were going out of balance and out of round. Convinced boss to switch to Michelins, and had them properly balanced, and it 100% went away.

I know you said you are already running michelins, so I guess I would suggest rechecking the balance. And don’t use those stupid auto-balance beads, make sure they put it on a balancer and do it the right way.

Have been OK with Goodyears lately but had a truck doing that steering wheel shimmy thing on tracks. I could not figure it out and took it to a coupe different people. There was a balance product in the tires. The moisture in the air was causing it to clump together. It was removed and spin balanced with weights. I did not even know it was there but that solved my problem. Sounds like you may have multiple problems. Best of luck with that. I will be watching to see what you find.

Seems like you have a couple of different problems. The shaking at low speed after going over the tracks is either a worn drag link, or the pitman arm is loose on the sector shaft. Turn the steering shaft by hand gently back and forth and look for movement of the sector shaft inside the pitman arm. If it's tight, I'd probably replace the drag link.

As for the vibration under a load, that definitely sounds like a driveline problem. Maybe pull the driveshafts and take them to a driveline shop and get them checked for balance and twist.

Trucks in the shop now. Leaning towards the clutch being the culprit. Although I did hook up to another trailer yesterday before going to the shop with the truck and it didn’t do the shaking. So maybe it’s the trailer and clutch ? Yesterday I pulled into the washout and when I got done there I turned the truck on and the clutch was extremely hard to press in. Got home which is 6 miles from the washout and the clutch was still very stiff and could get a grinding type noise while I had it engaged. When I started it this morning to take it into the shop the clutch was a little stiff but absolutely nothing like it was yesterday. Kinda stumped, it’s a hydraulic clutch

Update: Shop said they had to adjust the clutch. Will get it back tomorrow afternoon . Hopefully that fixes my problems
