That milk tanker looks like a Clouse truck

 

It's a older R model mack with a walking beam on it And I don't know what kind of Tanker it was back there except that it was two glass lined tanks and the necessary valving with pump to load milk in the back compartment hatch plus a ice tray for holding samples from each farm. It's Dairymen in Maryland near Sykesville that was responsible for the overall routing in that area, with Baltimore Greenspring downtown as the dairy.
