I worked on a dairy that was exclusively silos for feed, and I really like how space efficient they are, but they take too long to feed out of with my setup. Takes almost 3 times as long to mix a batch of feed out of a silo versus an AgBag. Problem there is you pay for one silo, it will last a lifetime. Pay for AgBags every year…..

 

But not hard to maintain. Most people around here use bunks even if they have silo's because of the maintenance

 

I would like to have bunks eventually, but my problem currently is the manpower to cover it after I get it full. That’s a job

 

Pretty much why most families have a liter of kids

 

Just think of the muscle you'd have pitching a thousand tires , we'll not talk about all the asprincreme you'll need after .

 

How about the air/flight time I could log trying to hold onto the acre of plastic in a nice breeze????

 

I flew the #### out of kites when i was a kid , wished one would take me for a ride . I never thought about the landing tho .
